About Me

I am an accomplished and driven, CIPD qualified HR consultant with extensive experience spanning over 25 years, passionate about helping companies recognise that their best asset are their people. With an entrepreneurial spirit bringing great enthusiasm and energy to every project. Throughout my career I have attained significant experience in generalist human resourcing and leadership training and mentoring.

I am passionate about helping businesses develop their people. Starting from the top, creating inspiring leaders through to engaging employees at every level of your organisation.

HR Consultancy

With the HR Generalist role, I’m keen to work with businesses and start-up companies that are looking to introduce an HR function, establishing new HR policies and procedures or require generalist support. I can also undertake a review on current practices and make recommendations to improve them.
