With the HR Generalist role, I’m keen to work with businesses and start-up companies that are looking to introduce an HR function, establishing new HR policies and procedures or require generalist support. I can also undertake a review on current practices and make recommendations to improve them.
I am a strong problem solver with excellent decision-making skills with a commitment for results. With excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills I am comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels up to and including Board level to understand business goals and develop HR strategy.
