Give It Back Project Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility:
    • One free-of-charge (FOC) space per business in 2025, non-transferable.
    • Businesses must have a valid Portsmouth postcode.
    • Only available to new clients (no prior paid services with HOW2HR).
  • Attendance:
    • Participants must attend all four consecutive virtual course sessions.
    • Missing sessions may disqualify participation in future initiatives.
  • Training Material:
    • Copyrighted materials may not be copied, distributed, or used outside the course.
    • Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • Social Media Testimonial:
    • A brief testimonial is required after completing the course.
    • Testimonials may need HOW2HR approval before posting.
  • Authorisation:
    • Permission from a business decision-maker (e.g., owner/director) is required for the FOC place.
  • Offer Validity:
    • Limited to the first 50 places claimed, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Successful applicants will be notified within 10 business days.
