I have been working with Nicki on her management course. I have learnt so much and always enjoy understanding more about being a manager / leader. When you have a lot of experience, its easy to think that you know, all there is to know. Not with Nicki, she has a great way of engaging with you and getting you to see things from a new perspective.

I find the 1:1 sessions are a really useful refresher of of the initial training and allows me to discuss how best to implement what we have been taught in our everyday working life. The course has saved me time and made my world a happier place.
